Next Steps:
- After your conversation with the TOPS enrollment counselor, you will receive an email with final enrollment instructions.
- Return the completed forms by email, fax (1855-503-7168), or mail.
- Submit required documents:
- Birth Certificate (copy)
- Immunization Records
- Transcript (High School) or Report Cards (Elementary/Middle School)
- Current Photo
- A guidance counselor will call you to discuss the details of the courses your student will take.
- Withdraw your child from the current school.
- Pay the tuition – a link to Authorize.net will be sent to you by email.
- We will create your online courses and send you an email with login information and an orientation video.
- If you choose textbooks, an order will be placed for delivery to your home and an orientation scheduled.
